Processing Time

Because we handcraft each order with care, please allow 15–20 business days for your order to be made before it ships. Custom sizing takes time, and we believe good things are worth the wait!

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship within South Africa only to stay true to our local, sustainable ethos.

• Standard Shipping: R90 

• Estimated Delivery Time: 2–5 business days after dispatch

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time as we are committed to keeping our carbon footprint low and supporting local production.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept cancellations once your order has been placed. Please double-check your sizing and shipping details before confirming your order.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a parcel leaves our hands, it’s in the care of our trusted courier. If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help you track it down.
