Your lovely lingerie deserves a little pampering! To keep your pieces looking their best, we suggest hand washing them in warm water with a mild, gentle soap. After a thorough rinse, lay them flat to dry - be sure to avoid tumble dryers or those delicate fabrics might not forgive you!

In a hurry? We get it! If you really need to machine wash, use a cold, gentle cycle, pop your pretties into a laundry bag, and stick to a mild detergent. Oh, and don’t forget - keep colours separate to avoid any surprise tie-dye moments!

Psst… we can’t take responsibility for any damage caused by incorrect care, so show your lingerie some love!

Because our pieces are oh-so-intimate, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds on any underwear. We totally get that choosing the right size and style can be tricky, so if you’re feeling unsure, don’t hesitate to reach out - we’re always here to help you find that just-right fit!

In the rare case you receive a faulty item or the wrong product (oops!), please let us know within 5 days of receiving your order, and we’ll sort it out ASAP. After that, we won’t be able to offer exchanges. If your item is indeed faulty or incorrect, we’ll happily send you a replacement - but we do ask that the original piece is sent back to us in its unworn, unwashed, and original condition before we ship out a new one.
