As a zero-waste business, we give fabric scraps a second life, turning them into cute Marula monsters - your new eco-friendly pals! It’s our way of spreading joy and sustainability, one monster at a time.

Are your products comfortable for everyday wear?

Absolutely! Our pieces are designed with comfort in mind so you can feel cute and comfy all day long. Whether it's lounging or wearing them out, we’ve got you covered!

How do I find my perfect size?

Finding your perfect fit is easy! Just head to our sizing guide to measure yourself, or if you’re unsure, feel free to reach out to us - we’re always happy to help you get comfy and cute!

Why are there not more sizes available?

While we’re a small business and can’t make every size just yet, we’re growing with love and a big focus on inclusivity. As we continue to blossom, we promise to keep creating lingerie that makes everyone feel comfy, confident, and so cute!

How should I care for my lingerie?

Treat your lingerie with love! Hand wash or use a gentle cycle with cold water and mild detergent, and always lay flat to dry. For more tips, visit our care guide!

Can I change or cancel my order?

Since we work quickly to custom pieces just for you, unfortunately we’re unable to accept cancellations or changes. Please make sure all your details are correct before placing your order!

The Shipping Scoop!

How much is shipping?

We’re teaming up with The Courier Guy to bring your goodies right to your doorstep! Local orders have a flat rate of R75, and if your order is over R1500, shipping’s on us!

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Since we’re a small business, and we make sure each piece is crafted with care just for you, please allow 15-20 days for your order to arrive.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship within South Africa to reduce our environmental footprint and promote sustainable fashion. Thank you for understanding!

Can I return or exchange my lingerie?

Because our pieces are oh-so-intimate, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds on any underwear.

In the rare case you receive a faulty item or the wrong product (oops!), please let us know within 5 days of receiving your order, and we’ll happily send you a replacement - but we do ask that the original piece is sent back to us in its unworn, unwashed, and original condition before we ship out a new one.
