Refund policy
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we regret that we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on any underwear.
We encourage you to carefully consider your size and style choice before purchasing. If you're unsure, we recommend reaching out to us - we're happy to help you find the perfect fit and guide you through the process to ensure you make a thoughtful purchase that suits you perfectly.
In the rare event that you receive a faulty item or the wrong product, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your item with your order details. After this period, we cannot offer exchanges. If your product is faulty, we will replace it; however, the original item must be returned to us in its unworn, unwashed, and original condition before the replacement is sent.
Please note that we do not cover normal wear and tear. For long-lasting wear, we also suggest reviewing our Care Guide to ensure proper garment care.
